Amit has been underwriting property for 14 years. He joined us in June 2009 with facultative experience and is now a reinsurance treaty underwriter. Amit speaks fluent English, Hindi and Portuguese, and conversational Spanish.
Annie Leong
Senior Underwriter - Credit, Surety and Political Risk
Annie joined Aspen Re in 2014 as a senior underwriter focusing on credit, surety and political risk for the Asia Pacific region. She has previously worked for Kiln Singapore as a political risk, credit and surety underwriter. Prior to Kiln, she has held various position with Munich Re Singapore, Aon Re Asia and General Cologne Re.
Beatrice Morley
Senior Underwriter, Casualty Treaty and Facultative
Beatrice joined us in 2011 to develop the casualty portfolio for the Singapore office. She started her insurance career in 1998 and has worked for Aon Philippines, Swiss Re and Catlin – specializing in US and international general liability, employees compensation/employers liability, and products recall.

Lee Ting Tong
Senior Underwriter – Direct Business
Lee Ting joined us in 2008 to assist in establishing our Singapore branch. She is an experienced individual risk underwriter with an extensive background in both the insurance and reinsurance business. Lee Ting is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Philip Hough
Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Aspen Re
Philip was appointed Managing Director, Asia Pacific, for Aspen Re in September 2016. He joined Aspen in November 2005 as a senior property reinsurance treaty underwriter. In July 2007 he was appointed head of Aspen’s European property treaty business following the opening of its Zurich Branch. In January 2015, he was appointed additionally as the global product head for our international property pro rata and per risk treaty portfolio. Prior to joining Aspen, Philip was a vice president at Transatlantic Re in Paris where he was responsible for German property treaty business as well as managing the continental European property facultative portfolio. He began his career as a facultative underwriter at Mercantile and General Reinsurance Company in 1992 in London. Philip is an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and is fluent in German and French.
Soon Keen Lee
Head of Property Treaty, Asia Pacific
Soon Keen brings more than 13 years of property underwriting experience to her role, covering both direct and reinsurance. She joined us in 2009 as a property treaty underwriter. Soon Keen speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Malays and some local dialects.
William Moss
Senior Underwriter, Specialty
Will joined Specialty Re in 2004. Now based in Singapore, he is a specialty lines underwriter for the Asia Pacific region with a focus predominantly on agriculture, aviation, personal accident, marine and terrorism reinsurance. Will has a degree in experimental psychology.
