Chief Financial Officer
Andy was appointed a director of the Company on 4 September 2014 when he joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer. Andy was previously Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Prudential UK & Europe and Group Chief Risk Officer for Prudential Plc, having formerly held senior finance positions with other listed companies including Lloyds Bank and Legal & General. He holds a BA from University College London and an M.Phil from University of Cambridge.
David has over 40 years of experience in both executive and non-executive roles at a variety of businesses across the consumer, retail, business services and financial services sectors. He began his career at Unilever before progressing through a series of senior finance roles, including Group Finance Director of GUS plc (the owner of Experian, Burberry and Home Retail Group prior to their demerger) from 1997-2006.
Managing Director – International
Mark joined Domestic & General in January 1999 as a key account handler. In November 2006 he was promoted to Commercial Director and in December 2010 he became Group Marketing Director. He holds a BSc Honours from Leeds University, is a Chartered Insurer and Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Mark is responsible for the International business, having become Managing Director - International in February 2014.
Chief Information Officer
Peter joined Domestic & General in January 2012. Previously, Peter has worked with market leading international businesses, including telecommunications, video game retailing, and media as well as delivering a new digital strategy for the Royal Opera House.
