American Overseas Group Limited was formed in Bermuda in 1998. Initially, the Company conducted all of its operations through American Overseas Reinsurance Company Limited which was also formed in Bermuda in 1998. AORE operated as a mono-line financial guarantee reinsurance company for approximately ten years. AORE’s insured par peaked at $48.7 billion in early 2008. In connection with the financial crisis, AORE ceased writing financial guarantee business and entered voluntary run-off in early 2009. By the end of 2012 insured par had declined to $9.2 billion, at which time AORE re-domesticated to Barbados and emerged from run-off as a Property & Casualty reinsurance company.

Ms. Roberts is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of AOG. She is also President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Orpheus, and is a Director and officer of several of Orpheus’s direct and indirect subsidiaries in Bermuda, Barbados and the United States. Ms. Roberts is also the Chief Executive Officer of Debra Roberts & Associates, Inc. which has provided risk transfer consulting and arbitration-related services to the domestic and international reinsurance industries. This company has served clients in the United States, Bermuda and Europe since 1993.
Patricia A. Ryan

Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Ms. Ryan is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for AOG, as well as a director and officer of various direct and indirect subsidiaries of Orpheus in the United States. From 2010 through 2013, Ms. Ryan was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at QBE, and served as Corporate Secretary of various QBE subsidiary companies. From 2006 through 2010, Ms. Ryan was Senior Counsel at Allianz/Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Ms. Ryan was also a Partner in the law firm of Cassiday Schade LLP in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Ryan received a B.A. degree in Economics and History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
Rochelle P. Fyfe

Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Fyfe is Chief Financial Officer of AOG and Orpheus, as well as a Director of AOG, AORE and Orpheus. Ms. Fyfe is also a director and officer of various direct and indirect subsidiaries of Orpheus in Bermuda, Barbados, and the United States. Ms. Fyfe was the Senior Vice President of Accounting for a publicly traded insurance group in the U.S. Prior to this, Ms. Fyfe was a Senior Manager at KPMG, and has held positions as Vice President of Finance and Controller for other publicly traded and privately held insurance companies, including QBE and Winterthur. Ms. Fyfe received a Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
