Founder & Executive Vice President
Mr. Gray has been involved in the insurance industry as a claims professional for over 40 years. Serving as Founder and Executive Vice President, Al continues to be involved in the sales and business development department and also provides consulting, adjusting, auditing, management and expert witness services to a variety of organizations including Excess/Surplus Lines Insurers, Re-insurers and Self Insurers. Specifically, Al focuses on the areas of Professional Liability (including Accountants E&O, Legal and Medical Malpractice Liability and other PL lines); Products Liability; General Liability; and Auto Liability including Trucking.
DOMINIC CAGLIOTI
Managing Director Accounting & Business Services
As a Certified Public Accountant with over 35 years of public accounting experience, Mr. Caglioti provides auditing, forensic accounting, and tax services to clients in the insurance and healthcare industries, as well as real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. His business operations expertise includes managing cash flow, financing, and capital expenditures. Dominic is able to provide litigation support for a variety of expert witness engagements involving audit and forensic accounting. Dominic has also provided expert testimony, both in deposition and trial proceedings, in the areas of contract disputes and cost accounting matters, matrimonial, shareholder disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings. His testimony has been requested in Federal and State Courts, Board forums, and private settlement conferences.
KATHERINE A. HAWKE
Managing Director Legal Invoice Auditing
Ms. Hawke has been involved in the insurance industry since 1988. Katherine is a licensed attorney in the State and Federal District Courts of Massachusetts. Currently, Katherine is a Managing Director, overseeing all aspects of defense cost audits in addition to other complex matters. Katherine possesses extensive experience in various types of audits and reconciliations with a focus on mass tort, catastrophic and construction defect matters.
MICHAEL F. CEPPI
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ceppi has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1986. In his vast experience Mike has audited in excess of $30 billion in claims; audited over 150 Mass Tort claims accounts; audited over one million individual claims; audited claims involving over 100 asbestos defendants; audited in excess of $2 billion in litigation expenses; and provided allocation modeling and analysis on over 100 Mass Tort accounts. Currently, Mike is the Chief Executive Officer of Alan Gray LLC where he oversees all operations, participates in audit functions and provides consulting services to clients.
PAUL M. ROACH
President
Mr. Roach has been involved exclusively in the insurance industry since 1986. Paul is a licensed attorney in the State of Massachusetts. As President of Alan Gray LLC, Paul oversees the management of the firm, and is actively involved in all technical aspects of audit and allocation. Paul has extensive experience in various mass torts, as well as workers’ compensation, pollution, environmental and construction defect claims.
