Courtney H. Leimkuhler
Chief Financial Officer
Courtney H. Leimkuhler is the Chief Financial Officer of Marsh. Previously, Ms. Leimkuhler was the CFO of Marsh’s US and Canada Division. Before joining Marsh, she was Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Strategy at NYSE Euronext, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Leimkuhler has also held various roles at Goldman Sachs in the Equities Division and the Principal Investments Area. Ms. Leimkuhler graduated summa cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Government, where she was also inducted to Phi Beta Kappa and was an Academic All-American on the women's varsity lacrosse team. She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar. She is Vice Chair of the board of Futures and Options, a New York City-based non-profit focused on creating internship opportunities and job skills training for under-privileged high school students. She is also co-President of the National Alumnae Advisory Council for her alma mater, the Agnes Irwin School. Previously, Ms. Leimkuhler was actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for more than 10 years. In 2014, she was invited to join the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader community.
President, Global Risk and Specialties
John Drzik is the president of Marsh Global Risk and Specialties. In this capacity, Mr. Drzik oversees the firm’s global industry and practice specialties as well as Marsh’s activities in consulting, captive solutions, risk analytics, and information businesses. He is also chairman of the Global Risk Center for Marsh & McLennan Companies. Prior to this role, Mr. Drzik was CEO of Oliver Wyman Group, where he had responsibility for all of the management and economic consulting businesses of Marsh & McLennan Companies. He joined Oliver Wyman in 1984, was named chairman in 2000, and played a key role in establishing the firm’s leadership position in financial services strategy and risk management consulting. The author of numerous articles on strategy, risk management, and financial services, Mr. Drzik is a frequent speaker at conferences and has been invited to present at industry and regulatory events sponsored by the World Economic Forum, Harvard Business School, Geneva Association, and the Financial Times. Mr. Drzik graduated summa cum laude with a BSE in Engineering Management Systems from Princeton University. He is currently on the board of directors of Betaworks and the International Risk Governance Council, and on the Industry Advisory Board of the Wharton Financial Institutions Center
John Q. Doyle
Mr. Doyle oversees Marsh’s core brokerage business worldwide as well as Global Sales, Global Clients, and Marsh & McLennan Agency. In addition to serving on the Executive Committee of Marsh & McLennan Companies, he is a member of the Marsh Executive Committee. Mr. Doyle was most recently Chief Executive Officer of AIG’s commercial insurance businesses. He began his career at AIG in 1986 and held several senior executive positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG property and casualty in the U.S., President and Chief Executive Officer of National Union Fire Insurance Company, and President of American Home Assurance Company.
Mary Anne Elliott
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mary Anne Elliott serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Marsh. Prior to joining Marsh, Ms. Elliott was the Global Head of Human Resources of Guy Carpenter since 2009. Previously, she held senior positions with several financial services and communications companies. Ms. Elliott began her career at General Electric, and during her more than 15-year tenure, she operated in a broad range of management and executive roles. She received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
