Bob draws on more than three decades of diversified experience to craft customized plans for his select clientele. He counsels high-wealth individuals in the areas of estate and retirement planning, wealth management, and premium financing arrangements. For businesses, he provides guidance on tax advantaged insurance programs, business continuity, executive benefit programs and healthcare solutions. Prior to partnering with American Global, Bob is a Founder and Principal Managing Director of Cornerstone Wealth Advisors, LLC. The firm is a member of National Financial Partners (NFP), a leader in the delivery of wealth management solutions for individuals and benefit strategies for businesses. Bob’s career also included the position of President of Suffolk Group Financial Service Corporation where he helped build one of Long Island’s premier financial service agencies. He also served as the Long Island Director for 1st. Global Capital, Inc. There, he was responsible for partnering with accounting firms to provide insurance strategies for their clients. Bob has received many industry achievement awards and has served his community as a Rotarian, Board Member of the YMCA and is currently Board Chairman of Long Island Save -A- Pet Foundation. Bob’s hobbies include golf, baseball, traveling and rescuing animals in need where he works to find loving adoptive homes for them. Bob resides in Stony Brook, New York.
Gerard Leib is a highly experienced surety and risk professional with a diverse background in the construction business. Prior to his role as President of American Global of Pennsylvania, he served as Director of Aon’s mid-Atlantic surety practice from 2010 to 2014. While at Aon, Gerard managed surety programs for some of the firm’s largest engineering and construction clients, both domestic and international. From 2009 to 2010, Gerard opened and ran the mid-Atlantic commercial surety operation for Hanover Surety. There he focused on developing strategic relationships with surety clients and agents in the Fortune 1000 space. From 2004 to 2009, he managed roles of increasing responsibility for Chubb Surety, a leader in the construction surety field. In addition to his surety career, Gerard was raised in and currently serves in a strategic advisory role to GEO Electric, Inc., a family owned and operated electrical contracting firm based in Queens, New York. He has served as a Director of the Philadelphia chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association, and is actively involved in a variety of construction industry associations throughout the mid-Atlantic. Gerard received a B.A. from Manhattan College and currently resides in Berwyn, PA with his wife and two children.
Glenn has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. His diverse background has involved him with claims handling, SIU investigations, claims administration and operational management for insurance carriers, third party administrators, health care networks and brokers, involving all lines of coverage. Prior to joining American Global, Glenn worked for MagnaCare. He was responsible for managing client relationships including development and implementation of new business opportunities. Additionally, Glenn worked for Allied North America, where he was responsible for the stewardship process and national operations. Glenn holds a B.A. from Long Island University. He holds designations in Business Process Management, Certified Workers' Compensation Professional, Construction Risk Insurance Specialist, Automobile Claims Law Specialist and Workers' Compensation Professional. He is a past Vice President and Treasurer for the New York Claim Association and is an active member of various industry organizations.
Kevin Walsh is an industry leader who brings valuable experience and knowledge to American Global. He has managed surety bond programs for companies ranging from middle market contractors to multi-million dollar domestic and international firms and has expertise with co-surety, shared account, reverse flow, and private equity placements. Kevin began his career at Chubb Surety in 2005 in the Home Office where he had commercial and contract account responsibilities throughout the United States working closely with Chubb’s North East, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Dallas, and Houston Branches. From 2006 – 2011, Kevin worked as a surety underwriter in Chubb’s New York branch managing contract and commercial accounts throughout the region. Prior to joining American Global, Kevin spent three years as an Account Executive with Aon Risk Services in their Greater New York Construction Services Group. He was responsible for developing and managing surety and insurance relationships including some of the most prominent GC/CM, engineering, heavy civil, and sub-trade firms throughout the New York Metro area. Kevin holds a B.S. Marketing Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). He is President of the New York City Surety Association and is an active member of various industry organizations.
Michael Marino graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance. Michael has developed a deep passion of working with contractors since he began his career with Chubb surety working directly with Chubb Surety’s customers from their Minnesota, Ohio, and San Francisco branches. Michael moved to the brokerage side of the surety business in 2008 working with Allied North America in their NY headquarters. Upon Aon Construction Services Group acquisition of Allied North America Michael moved to Miami Florida accepting a role as Surety Director for Aon’s Southeast Operation. While in that role Michael worked closely with many large international contractors creating innovative surety programs that both expanded their capacity as well as eliminating geographical restrictions through regional or global offerings. Michael is a solution provider and client advocate working to support many large, complex, international and domestic contractors. In May of 2014 Michael founded American Global, a company where passion is oriented towards supporting its customers evolving needs in an increasingly complex construction environment.

Ricardo Davila is a Civil Engineer with a masters degree in Economics. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily in international and large scale projects. Ricardo has participated in the development and construction of multi-million dollar public-private partnership (PPP) projects and in the construction of major infrastructure projects in different countries including Spain, Colombia, South Africa, Ireland and the United States. Prior to joining American Global, Ricardo worked as Business Development Manager in the United States and in Colombia for Dragados S.A. His work included responsibilities in the development and implementation of the country/area’s strategies; establishment of the brand, coordination and permanent follow up of relations with public sector administrators; management of proposal/tender teams to develop project controls and budgets; reviews and negotiations of contracts with public administrations; definition of construction means and methods; coordination and integration of engineering disciplines during tender process and an overall management of the pre-construction services.
