Jerry McArthur
With over 25 years’ senior executive experience in the UK, US and continental European insurance markets, Jerry is a specialist in transforming insurance service businesses. He joined Advent from FTI Consulting where he founded and led its London-based EMEA Insurance Practice. Before that Jerry founded the Claims Management Group Ltd (CMGL), developing it into an organisation generating revenues of over $60m and employing 450 staff.
Paul Argent
Paul has over 27 years insurance experience and has held roles in both underwriting and claims working for insurers and service providers. He founded a niche consulting business in 2010 providing guidance and support to the London Market insurance community working with both start-ups and existing insurers. In addition to working on governance within todays regulatory framework he has conducted numerous audits, conduct risk reviews and consulting assignments in the delegated authority space.

A Chartered Accountant and Oxford MBA, Richard has 20 years’ experience of orchestrating business turnarounds, acquisitions and business start-ups, both in the UK and overseas. He has a successful history of business development and has held a number of senior roles within insurance, broking and third party administration businesses. His ability to identify potential problems in advance and implement the necessary corrective action is highly valued by clients.
